The purpose of this consultation is to outsource the IT department of the municipality of Gex.

The service provider is in charge of providing IT services, technical support for IT services, management of IT infrastructure and assets, information system security for the entire information system of the Town Hall of Gex.

The service provider carries out:

- operations of installing, connecting and configuring a standard IT station of the Town Hall IS (PC, peripherals, etc.), in particular within the framework of the deployment of a new user station;

- installing and / or updating and / or configuring software on an existing post of the Town Hall IS;

- the configuration of user equipment using the user account or the applications in use in the Town Hall IS (smartphone, tablet);

- maintenance and proximity actions.

The service provider carries out operations relating to the integration of networks (understood as low current networks) in the information system of the Town Hall.

The service provider is able to design and deploy network solutions relating to wired networks such as LAN, extended LAN, VPN, voice over IP, remote storage and wireless networks (Wi-Fi in particular) adapted to the needs of communications (data, voice) of the IS and mobility management. The service provider carries out interventions for the day-to-day operation of the network.
