Skyss would like tenders for the operation of a pilot scheme for booked transport in the Tertnes area. The aim is that the pilot scheme will run for two years. The pilot scheme includes the operation of a vehicle with a driver and complete system for transport bookings and automatic planning of transport. Skyss would like to award a contract that includes the entire service (system, material, and driver), and will only enter into a contract with one tenderer.

Skyss would like tenders for the operation of a pilot scheme for booked transport in the Tertnes area. The pilot scheme includes the operation of a vehicle with a driver and complete system for transport bookings and automatic planning of transport. Skyss would like to award a contract that includes the entire service (system, material, and driver), and will only enter into a contract with one tenderer. Sub-tenders with a separate evaluation and ranking for the system and operation are not allowed.

The main aim of the booked transport in Tertnes is to have an offer that is suitable for the elderly and other persons who require facilitated transport. We would like the target group to use this offer to make it easier for them to access service functions/activities in the area where the service is in operation. The execution of the assignment must facilitate this. The offer must be executed as a supplement to the ordinary bus routes in the area.

The contract will be valid from 5 October 2022 for driving for 2 - two - years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year.
