Contracting entities wish to enter into a contract for the acquisition, operation, support and maintenance of a space instruction solution See section. II.2.4 below. The contract is offered for a period of 6 years from contract signing with the option of extension for 2 x 12 months. Contracting entities contract with one supplier to supply the Solution.
Aarhus Municipality wants to acquire a tool for space instruction in the municipality's day offerings, leisure offers as well as SFO. The option offered must include all the municipality's day and leisure/SFO offers. Thus Aarhus Municipality wishes to conclude a contract for the acquisition, operation, support and maintenance of a space instruction solution ('the Solution'). Delivery is expected to include the following:
• A space instruction system including daycare management solutions
• An economy part for handling tariffs, parental payments, financial free space allowance, etc.
• Inter-municipal settlement through the use of passing across municipal borders, etc.
• A self-service solution for parents for including the write-up of seats and the application for financial subsidy
• A self-service solution for parents when applying for grants for use by private or flexible care scheme;
• Part for use by the institutions, clubs and SFOs so that living rooms can be created, transferred children, etc. AULA with no full access to institution system
• Dealing with children in at-risk residential areas and allocating space associated with it, making clear whether a child is covered and the rate of occupancy of those children in the institutions;
• Establishment of integrations and cut surfaces to/from other systems
• Delivery of training according to the agreed scope
• Implementation of the system — including project management, conversion, testing, documentation and quality assurance related to the entry into service of the systems
• Operation of the solution and maintenance and ongoing support
• Delivery and maintenance of system documentation and user guides
To the fullest extent possible, contracting entities want to obtain a standard solution in which the Solution appears as a unified Solution and in which the Solution supports the daily work of the Contracting Registrar with the most possible automatic processes.
