The call for tenders applies to a framework agreement for engineering design services, project managers and construction managers for Tinn Municipality.

The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each group. The contracting authority has divided the contract into lots in accordance with PPR §19-4.

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for the following lots:

Lot 1: Consulting engineering services, engineering design services for buildings;

Lot 2: Project managers and construction managers/builder's representative service, buildings.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Framework agreement.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement.

The contract period is from and including 8 September 2020 until and including 7 September 2024.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 (one) provider per lots, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders to the contest.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
