The subject of the order is

The present proceedings concern:

Partial task No. 1

"Collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste coming from the area of real estate inhabited from single-family, multi-apartment buildings and collective residence facilities in the Commune and the City of Miechów"

Partial task No. 2

"Establishment and operation of a Problem Waste Collection Point (PZOP) in the city of Miechów or at a distance not exceeding 1000m from the city border. The Ordering Party does not indicate the city, the Problematic Waste Collection Point (PZOP)"

I. The scope of this task includes:

1. Collection of municipal waste mixed from inhabited properties

along with their development in the municipal installation,

2. Collection of bio-waste constituting municipal waste and its management as in point 1,

3. It is allowed to transfer unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste via a transhipment station,

4. It is allowed to transfer unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste for incineration,

5. Organization of separate collection of municipal waste by the "at source" system: paper waste (including cardboard), paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste, including glass packaging waste, metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste with its collection and management, directly or through another waste collector at a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy,

6. Organization of collection with the system "from before the property" in single-family buildings or from places designated in multi-apartment buildings and collective residence, waste such waste, electrical and electronic equipment, used tires (coming only from: bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, quads, passenger cars),

7. Collection of construction, renovation and demolition waste on an individual notification of the owner of the property (meeting the criteria set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune and City of Miechów adopted by Resolution No. XIX/291/2020 of 21 September 2020 to a container substituted by the Contractor,

8. In single-family buildings, equipment for the duration of the contract of real estate inhabited in containers for mixed municipal waste and bags for selective waste collection. The Contractor is obliged to calculate the cost of the above in the price of the offer (the approximate number of containers is specified in Annex No. 1A to SWZ),

9. Equipping for the duration of the contract, owners of multi-apartment buildings and collective residence with containers or containers for mixed and separately collected waste. The Contractor is obliged to calculate the cost of the above in the price of the offer (the approximate number of containers is specified in Annex No. 1A to SWZ),

Providing property owners with the possibility of providing paid services: washing, disinfection and disinfestation, as well as technical repairs of containers for waste collection.

The Ordering Party does not indicate the location of the Point
