The subject of the order is the purchase of active electricity for 24 months with the standard quality parameters specified in the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law and in the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific conditions for the operation of the power system. The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in the electricity trade are set out in the Minister of Energy's decree of 6.3.2019 on detailed rules for calculating and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade. A detailed list of energy consumption points is specified in Annex 1.1 and 1.2 to SIWZ. The total amount of active electric energy expected over the contract period is: 79 095,9 MWh, including: for cubic buildings - 53,481.6 MWh, for MZD (street lighting, traffic lights and other receipts) - 25,614,3 MWh .
1. Part I concerns 769 electricity consumption points, for which the estimated amount of electricity consumed over the term of the agreement (24 months) is 53,481.6 MWh. Tariff groups: C11, C12a, C21, C22a, C22b, B21, B22, B23, A23. The total contracted capacity for all electricity consumption points for cubic objects is 21 221 kW.
The Employer allows a change in the anticipated amount of electricity supplied with the tolerance of -10 / + 10%. A detailed list of electricity consumption points along with the tariff groups selected by the Contracting Authority, the estimated annual consumption of active electric energy and the list of power ordered for each electricity consumption point for cubic objects in organizational units of the Kielce Commune, Commune Institutions of Culture and Commercial Companies are specified in Annex 1.1 to the ToR. Office buildings (cubature) belonging to the Municipal Road Administration are included in Appendix No. 1.1 to the ToR
2. The amount of electricity referred to in point 1 is only an estimate which may change during the term of the Contract. Actual consumption of active electricity will depend only on actual needs. Regardless of the amount of consumption, the Contractor is obliged to apply in each case the unit prices offered in the tender, as specified in the Attachments to the Bid Form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR.

Part II concerns 562 electricity consumption points, for which the estimated amount of electricity consumed during the contract period (24 months) is 25,614,3 MWh. The total contracted capacity for all electricity consumption points of Miejski Zarząd Godów (street lighting, traffic lights and other receipts) is 4 818 kW. Tariff groups: C11, C12b and C21. The ordering allows for the change in the anticipated amount of electricity supplied with the tolerance of -10 / + 10%.
A detailed list of electricity consumption points along with the tariff groups selected by the Contracting Authority, the estimated annual consumption of active electric energy and the list of contracted power for each electricity consumption point for the Municipal Road Authority's receipts (street lighting, traffic lights and other receipts) are specified in Annex 1.2 to SIWZ.
