The subject of the Order is:

Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of the connection of the S52 road with the county road DP4420S".

1. The scope of the contract includes:

a) preparation of design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the task entitled: "Construction of the connection of the S52 road with the county road DP4420S", in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract, the contract and the table of valuation of the stages of the contract, together with all the necessary studies, materials, arrangements and activities necessary to prepare this documentation and prepare the task (Stage I, II, III, IV);

(b) developing a response to Contractors' inquiries concerning design documentation during the procedure for the award of a public works contract and/or the preparation of changes to the design documentation (Phase V);

(c) the supervision of the execution of works during the period of implementation and guarantees (Phase VI).

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed within 97 months (taking into account the partial deadlines indicated in Form 2.2.Price Form – Valuation Table of Contract Stages), which consists of:

a) 13 months - for the performance of the obligations set out in point 1(a) above of the Announcement;

b) 6 months - for the fulfilment of the obligations set out in point 1(b) of the Announcement above;

c) 78 months - for the performance of the obligations set out in point 1(c) above of the Announcement.
