1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining the facilities of the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań and subordinate units in the Wielkopolska Province in the current cleanliness.
2. The item of the order was divided into 7 parts.
3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing day-to-day cleaning activities in the facility and acting as a coordinator on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465). Detailed requirements for employment under an employment contract are set out in the Terms of Reference and the draft provisions of the contract.

2. For all locations, the item of the order includes the following:
-comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of offices, common rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, archive rooms, technical rooms, warehouses, garage hall (if applicable), etc. (size range according to Annex 1A to the ToS),
- current refilling of soap in dispensers (soap dispensers), toilet paper, paper towels, air fresheners in toilets,
- cleaning of windows (inside and outside), window frames, internal and external window sills, including non-dismantling windows, the cleaning of which requires the use of specialized equipment (in accordance with Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference),
- maintaining the cleanliness of the area around buildings, parking lots, squares, access roads, communication routes, including pavements, referred to in Article 5(1)(4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended).
- cleaning of guest rooms at the request of the Ordering Party.
