1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the maintenance level P5 of the rail bus SA108-009 together with additional works.

2. The Contractor undertakes to provide services to the extent provided for in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU), Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) of the vehicle and the devices installed in it, Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of a rail bus type 215M and instructions for the maintenance of railway vehicles with Pt-5 drive.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including detailed conditions for the execution of the contract, is contained in Annex 10 to the SWZ, constituting a model contract for the contract, including Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.

4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the current DSU and the Instruction on the Maintenance of Railway Vehicles with Pt-5 drive.

The subject of the contract is the execution of the maintenance level P5 of the rail bus SA108-009 together with additional works in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, including the detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract, contained in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
