The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the Puchaczów Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable clean energy sources in the Puchaczów Commune - assembly of solar panels".

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of solar farms in the Puchaczów commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable clean energy sources in the Puchaczów Commune - assembly of solar panels".

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Employer, a total of 256 sets of photovoltaic installations together with the structure adapted to the mounting location, including:

- 224 sets of 3 kW photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly (residential building or outbuilding or land),

- 20 sets of 5 kW photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly (residential building or outbuilding or land),

- 12 sets of 10 kW photovoltaic installations, together with the structure adapted to the place of assembly (on the ground or outbuilding),

2) performing tests, tests and start-ups of the solar installation;

3) training users on the principles of proper operation of the solar installation together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users;

4) preparation of notification documentation to the electricity supplier;

5) execution and delivery of as-built documentation;

6) handing over the subject of the Contract for use to the Employer;

7) a statement by the owner of the building or his authorized representative on ordering the place of performance of works and restoring it to its previous state;

8) marking of each investment in accordance with the principles of promotion and marking of Projects implemented with EU funds. Each marking (in the form of a sticker) must contain the following characters:

- European Funds mark (appropriate for the given program);

- European Union mark (appropriate for a given fund), information signs should be visible and legible,

- RP colors,

- official promotional logo of the Lublin Voivodeship.

9) execution and implementation of the internet portal.

Internet portal - A website allowing access to the system will be equipped with a functional CMS system in Polish, independent content and layout management on the administrator's side, modification and adding new elements, searching for content on a website, adaptation to devices mobile, the possibility of secure authorization of persons authorized to view / edit, published on the address indicated by the contracting authority (available on the server e.g. name.pl and paid for the duration of the project, compliant with the W3C standard and correctly displayed in browsers including chrome, firefox, safari , opera, IE, the tools used may not generate additional costs for the contracting party. Website compliant with the WCAG 2.0 standard.

3. The photovoltaic installation set includes:

- photovoltaic module sets with supporting structure;

- electrical installation together with automation ensuring adjustment of the produced energy parameters to the requirements of working with the PGE Dystrybucja SA network;

- LV cable lines - internal power lines;

- DC / AC inverters; The inverters will be equipped and expanded with an ICT system enabling connection via LAN or Wifi. ICT / ICT will contain a renewable energy knowledge base; project information; weather information from the RES built-up area; pollution reduction calculator available including PM10,

- electric shock protection;

- surge protection;

- PV installation monitoring system.
