Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes in the Żabia Wola Commune for 2024

1) The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from residential real estate, summer houses or real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Żabia Wola Commune, replacement of waste bags, as well as management of collected waste. Collection and management should be carried out in a manner that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the relevant Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Mazowieckie Regional Assembly and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żabia Wola Commune.

Municipal waste will be collected from the owners of real estate where residents of the Żabia Wola Commune live and do not live from the following towns: Bartoszówka, Bieniewiec, Bolesławek, Nowa Bukówka, Stara Bukówka , Ciepłe, Ciepłe A, Grzegorzewice, Grzmiąca, Grzymek, Huta Żabiowolska, Józefina, Jastrzębnik, Kaleń, Kaleń-Towarzystwo, Lasek, Lisówek, Musuły, Oddział, Ojrzanów, Ojrzanów-Towarzystwo, Osowiec, Petrykozy, Pieńki Słubickie, Pieńki Zarębskie, Piotrkowice, Przeszkoda, Gmina Słubica contains the villages and settlements of Redlanka, Rumianka, Siestrzeń, Skuły, Słubica A, Słubica B, Słubica Dobra, Słubica-Wieś, Władysławów, Wycinki Osowskie, Zalesie, Zaręby, Żabia Wola and Żelechów.
