LED hand spotlights with accessories are to be purchased for the Central Police Department of Lower Saxony (ZPD), including all police departments in the state of Lower Saxony.
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct administration of Lower Saxony (see § 2 of the LZN's operating instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on further tasks for public law users within and outside the state administration of Lower Saxony, as well as for privately owned companies that are fully owned by the public sector (cf. § 3 operating instructions).
In this responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with an undertaking (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of hand-held LED spotlights with accessories.
All police departments in the direct state administration of Lower Saxony are entitled to call up.
