The subject of the order is:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Łańcut and delivery of bags for municipal waste collection:

2) organizing, equipping the selective municipal waste collection point and its service throughout the duration of the contract.

The contract includes: collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from real estate located in the commune of the city of Łańcut, where the residents reside, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred for storage; in the city of Łańcut there will be a mixed container and bag system for municipal waste collection, i.e. the waste will be collected in containers and sacks; organization, equipment and operation throughout the term of the contract, stations ...
