The object of the order is: the collection and development of components for the production of RDF (waste code 19 12 10).
The offered method of managing components for the production of RDF must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).
The estimated amount of the component that will be handed over to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be: 8 400,00 Mg.

ZGO S.A. in Bielsko-Biała for the production of RDF uses selected material fractions separated from waste residual (sorting): non-segregated municipal waste, selectively collected fractions of municipal waste and other municipal waste e.g. large-sized, stripped of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and PVC. The component for the production of alternative fuel jw. shall be prepared by the Ordering Party in compressed form, tied with steel wire or bulk - in cases of technologically justified. The dimensions of the bales of compressed waste are approximately: 80x120x80-120 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approximately 400-500 kg.
The qualitative parameters of the waste are:
- calorific value between 15 – 22J/g;
- moisture content approx. 10-20%.
The Contracting Authority shall enable the Contractor (upon written request) to collect samples of the waste in question in order to conduct its own tests in terms of quality parameters such as: heat of combustion, humidity, chlorine and sulfur content, etc. Loading of waste with the code 19 12 10 will be carried out by the Ordering Party.
Acceptance of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will take place from Monday to Friday from 600 to 1800, in quantities previously determined (by e-mail) by the Ordering Party with a representative of the Contractor. Weighing of RDF components delivered to the Contractor will take place on legalized scales of the Ordering Party and will be confirmed by a weighing receipt and a waste transfer card generated in the BDO system. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the quantity of components received for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) and issuing a VAT invoice.
Documents related to the transfer of waste will be issued under legal requirements in this regard.
The estimated amount of the component that will be handed over to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be: 8 400,00 Mg.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity given is an estimate, showing the possible size of the scope of the order object.
