The AZV Südholstein is inviting tenders for the planning services for the development of B-Plan 75, Gewerbegebiet Nord, in Barmstedt.

Procedure: The awarding of planning services is carried out in a multi-stage procedure in accordance with the VgV. In a first step, the obligatory documents requested by the participating companies (see participation form) will be evaluated in accordance with the attached evaluation matrix. Three to a maximum of five companies are invited to negotiate and submit an initial offer. The initial bid must be submitted electronically via the DTVP procurement portal a few days before the negotiation. The request for surrender is also accompanied by a date for the hearing. In the negotiation, the company should present itself with a short self-introduction. A reference project is to be presented and an overview of the service to be awarded from the bidder's point of view is to be presented. In this way, a comparison should be made between the client's expectations and the contractor's understanding of the basic services to be provided and potential problem areas, obstacles and difficulties. The presentation and other factors will be evaluated according to the award criteria. The best-rated bidder is awarded the contract.
