A tender is called for the award by the negotiated procedure without advertising subject to harmonized regulation and ordinary procedure of the contract relating to Research and Development services in 6G technologies, within the framework of the Coordinated Project "FREE 6G Cell-free networks based on machine learning (ML) for 6G: Operator" of the CTTC.

The Research and Development tasks to be carried out are part of the following main activities of the Coordinated Project, detailed in Annex II of Royal Decree 1040/2021:

The specific works requested are:

• Development of elastic MEC platform to support disaggregated MEC applications in the cloud.

• Proof of concept, dissemination and exploitation of results.
