The subject of the order is the delivery of medicinal products in the assortment and quantities shown in the “Price Form” annexed to this specification.

It is required that the medicinal products offered have an indefinite registration. Medicinal products having temporary registration or temporary admission of a certain quantity or series may be offered but only after submitting to the Ordering Party a document confirming the temporary approval given by MZ and obtaining the consent of the Contracting Authority in response at the Contractor's request.
