ECHO signed a framework contract with IBM on 15.1.2015 for the provision of IaaS services aiming at delivering the various ECHO field offices hosting services in a virtualised environment. Additional and complementary services have become necessary to perform the contract and especially to get better functioning tools to set up the needed environment and monitor the different systems.
