Description:
Maintenance of equipment of the visual surveillance system of the streets of the city of Białystok

1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of video surveillance system devices for the streets of the city of Białystok.

2. The detailed scope of the contract is presented in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ.

The scope of maintenance work includes:

1) performing systematic, (at least once a month) inspections of cameras and other devices, including:

a) lubrication of screws,

b) maintenance of drives,

c) cleaning of lampshades and cleaning of camera housings (cleaning camera lenses with damp protection liquids) at least 1 time per month, in case of dirty lampshade - at the request of the Ordering Party,

d) check the UPS at the cameras,

e) inspection of devices located in the monitoring center at the Municipal Police Headquarters at gen. J. Bema 4, Barszczańska 2, Nowy Świat 4 in Białystok,

f) checking the correct functioning of the PC application (full virus scan, playback of recorded materials, etc.),

g) cleaning and vacuuming PCs, active devices included in the video monitoring system,

h) checking the image quality on the monitor,

i) removing the effects of minor devastation of equipment cabinets (if applicable),

j) checking the area of the axis of rotation of the cameras,

k) checking the mounting status of cameras and junction cabinets – the condition of camera holders, mounting elements, replacement of mounting elements (such as bands, conduits, etc.),

l) replacement of components that could degrade (rubber belts, gaskets, etc.),

m) checking the condition of camera optics with adjustment,

n) checking the connections of system devices,

o) reprogramming the camera operation system,

p) verification of the correct operation of the registration system,

q) checking the tightness of cameras and cable terminals.

2) checking the correct functioning of the fiber optic network, locating possible failures, repairing passive components, changing the configuration of active devices, performing fiber optic – reflectometric measurements after repair or replacement;

3) inspection and repair of fiber optic and electrical connections in the event of their damage,

4) repairing elements of the monitoring system,

5) making all necessary electrical measurements specified in the applicable operating regulations, measurement protocols should be provided to the ordering party,

6) repair of electrical connections in the camera and camera cabinet,

7) the contractor is obliged to ensure the disposal of the damaged elements of the system,

8) painting the booms at the beginning of the contract (if applicable),

9) checking radio connections (vising antennas) used in the system,

10) checking the quality of mounting of radio system elements – radio bridges,

11) installing licensed antivirus software in the monitoring center at the Municipal Police Headquarters at gen. J. Bema 4, Barszczańska 2, Nowy Świat 4 in Białystok,

12) running a warehouse with dismantled elements, all elements are to be recorded, delivery in an electronic version at the end of the month of inventory, changes in stock level require confirmation of the Ordering Party,

13) informing about the time of storage of recordings from cameras,

14) after the term of the contract, the contractor shall transfer the elements covered by the maintenance to the next contractor selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Law no longer than within 2 weeks from the end of the contract, no additional remuneration is due for the above-mentioned period,

15) training of employees of the Municipal Guard and the Ordering Party in the use of cameras and the BVMS System.
