Purchase or lease of two (2) bulldozers of at least 39 tonnes, two (2) bulldozers of at least 70 tonnes and one (1) bulldozer of at least 100 tonnes for use throughout the year by Enefit Kaevandused AS and Enefit Energiatootmine AS production areas.

The procurement is divided into lots: Lot 1) Purchase of a bulldozer of at least 39 tonnes; Part 2) Purchase of bulldozers of at least 70 tonnes; Part 3) Purchase of bulldozers of at least 100 tonnes.

The criterion for the evaluation of the tender is the lowest price (the tenderer fills in the form of quotation and compares the purchase and rental prices of the equipment, the best value for money has to be transferred according to the structure given in the worksheet

Two (2) bulldozer compactors weighing at least 39 tones will be purchased or leased for use in the ash field of the Estonian and Baltic power plant Enefit Energiatootmise AS. Bulldozers are needed for ash-lacquer oak structures for the construction of ash field boundary dams for both control of the slurry flow and the establishment of evaporation ponds during hot weather. The annual workload of the excavator bulldozer is up to 1,000 operating hours, depending on production needs.

Two (2) bulldozer scarifiers weighing at least 70 tonnes will be purchased or leased to be used in Narva quarry for moving and loosening oil shale and for quarry rehabilitation. The annual workload of the bulldozer harrow is 5,000-5,500 moto hours.

One (1) bulldozer bulldozer weighing at least 100 tonnes will be purchased or leased to be used for moving and loosening oil shale excavation and quarry rehabilitation work in Narva quarry. The annual workload of the bulldozer harrow is 5,000-5,500 moto hours.
