The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide removal benefits in the event of evictions of tenants, repossession of unoccupied dwellings or repossession of dwellings following death. The services will be carried out in the Oise department and possibly in the neighbouring departments. It only concerns removal operations carried out by a bailiff, duly mandated by the OPAC de l'oise. The framework agreement is concluded for a period between 1 March 2024 and 28 February 2025.In the event that notification cannot take place before 1 March 2024, the contract would then take effect on the date of notification of the contract at the Titulaire.Il tacitly renewed annually at a maximum of 2 times per 1-year period, i.e. a maximum until 28 February 2027, unless terminated 6 (six) months before the deadline by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt
