The subject of the contract is the execution of the order: “Receiving, transport and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Mrągowo from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties between 01.02/2022 year to 30.09.2022year” consisting in the provision of receiving services, transport and development of municipal waste from owners of real estate located on the territory of the Municipality of Mrągowo in a manner in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), provisions of the Rules of Procedure maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Mrągowo, as well as by other provisions of statutory and local law.

1.2. Transmission of mixed municipal waste to the Transshipment Station in Polska Wieś, Mrągowo, part of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation.
