The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to entrust the licensee with the removal, transportation and processing of the Refiom of the EVU of the Chevreuse Vallée de la Vallée de Chevreuse located in Villejust.

The contract is a framework agreement not allotted to purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code, which is executed through the issuance of purchase orders.

For unit services with purchase orders, the annual minimum and maximum shall be fixed in quantities as follows:

— minimum annual quantity of Refiom to be supported: 1 800 t,

— Maximum annual quantity of Refiom to be supported: 3,400 t.

Removal: Refiom produced by the Villejust incineration plant are stored in a 250 m 3 silo. Recovery is carried out between 8:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday. Transport: the holder is requested to carry out ADR transport as provided for in the latest ADR Agreement on the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. Processing: the holder is responsible for transporting the Refiom from the SIOM plant to the processing facility of the holder. The waste will be treated in strict compliance with the regulations in force by the holder in a duly authorized facility. The annual minimum and maximum shall be fixed in quantities as follows:

— minimum: 1 800 t,

— maximum: 3,400 t.

The contract is concluded for a period from 18.10.2021 to 31.12.2022. It can then be renewed tacitly. In the event of successive renewals, the total duration may not exceed four years, from 18.10.2021.
