1. The object of the order is the replacement of the fire alarm system equipment, taking into account the performance of visualization in the event of a fire alarm in the context of the modernization of the DSO intercom and warning system.

2. Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) to perform an inventory of an existing installation based on the attached post-construction documentation carried out by Raj International of April 2004, annex 8.1 to this SWZ;

2) execution based on the inventory of the installation of the design documentation of the new fire alarm system, taking into account the replacement of all equipment included in the current installation: switchboard, smoke detectors, ROP buttons, etc. (the Ordering Party allows only to leave installation subject to acceptance of such a solution by the Fire Safety Appraiser);

3) design the visualization of the fire signal system, taking into account the indication of the site...

1. The object of the order is the replacement of the fire alarm system equipment, taking into account the performance of visualization in the event of a fire alarm in the context of the modernization of the DSO intercom and warning system.

2. Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) to perform an inventory of an existing installation based on the attached post-construction documentation carried out by Raj International of April 2004, annex 8.1 to this SWZ

2) execution based on the inventory of the installation of the design documentation of the new fire alarm system, taking into account the replacement of all equipment included in the current installation: switchboard, smoke detectors, ROP buttons, etc. (the Ordering Party allows only to leave installation subject to acceptance of such a solution by the Fire Safety Appraiser);

3) design the visualization of the fire signal system, taking into account the indication of the alarm location in real time on the floor plan of the Wrocławska Opera House. On the floor plan, for example, the red flashing of the trigger beacon, taking into account the signaller number and the room to which it is assigned;

4. Arrangements of design documentation with the Fire Safety Appraiser and the Contracting Authority;

5) dismantling and disposal of existing equipment, taking into account the constant efficiency of the existing switchboard. Replacement of equipment shall be carried out zones/loops so as to maintain the safety of the facility;

6) the installation of new equipment according to the project approved by the Fire Safety Appraiser and the Contracting Authority (where possible the location of the equipment should be retained), taking into account the constant efficiency of the existing switchboard and the systematic operation of the new unit SSP headquarters. The new switchboard should be systematically run with zones/loops as work progresses so as to maintain the safety of the facility;

7) the delivery and installation of the TV (minimum 65”) to visualize alarms from the SSP;

8) carry out the necessary work related to the connection to the fire alarm system (SAP);

9. carry out the necessary work related to the delivery of a distress signal to Intercom and other technical equipment specified in the attached post-built documentation;

10) checking, configuring and adapting the system to the needs of the user, including programming the switchboard according to the fire scenario and starting the installation;

11) the execution of post-construction documentation and maintenance instructions, including control equipment and systems;

12) training employees of the Wrocław Opera and security staff from the SSP.
