The object of the contract is the provision of the service of the collection and management of municipal waste to the Department of Municipal Services in Mikołów
Reception, transportation and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point conducted by the Municipal Services Department in Mikołów;
- transport of waste by Contractor's vehicles,
- equipment of the Ordering Party with suitable containers, containers,
- marking of containers, containers,
- execution of the order in accordance with applicable law,
-receipt of waste successively as it accumulates on the PSZOK after the Contracting Authority's notification,
- weighing of transporting units on a legalised weight,
- waste management
Reception, transport and management of waste - waste codes 15 01 01 01 01, 15 01 02, 16 01 07, 16 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 03 08, 17 06 04, 17 09 04, 20 01 10, 20 01 14*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 32, ex 20 01 99, ex 20 01 99, 20 02 01 01 01 01 01 01 01, 20 03 07, estimated receipt quantities detailed described in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
1. Waste transport will be carried out by the following vehicles:
(a) trucks of a permissible total weight of up to 26 tonnes, equipped with hooks
loading system, suitable for loading, unloading and transporting containers of capacity from 12 to 36 m3,
(b) trucks of a permissible total weight of up to 26 tonnes, equipped with a gate loading system (the so-called gate), equipped for loading, unloading and transporting containers of up to 7 m3 capacity.
(c) vehicles for the transport of hazardous waste, equipped with a self-loading system (elevator) for the transport of pallets, big bags and waste containers.
2.The Contractor shall deliver to the site of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste at Dzieńdziela 44 containers and containers for the collection of waste supplied by the occupants. The amount of containers and containers will be determined on a regular basis as required. The maximum number of containers set will be: containers of 7 m3 - 3 pcs., including 1 pcs., sealed for clothing, 12 m3 - 2 pcs., 36 m3 - 6 pcs.
The Contractor shall indicate how to collect waste and equip the Ordering Party with the necessary equipment and equipment (e.g. containers accepted by installations, pallets, barrels, labels, tape, strech film).
3.The Contractor shall be required to label containers/containers with information containing the waste code — background plate white digits of black color with a height of a minimum of 20 mm and a line width of a minimum of 3 mm.
4.The Contractor shall be obliged to use selectively collected municipal waste in waste recovery or disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e., Journal of Laws 2020, item 797 of late. d.).
5.The Contractor is obliged to carry out the object of the contract in accordance with BDO - the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020, item 797 of late).
6.Receipt of waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Mikołów will take place after issuing the KPO cards.
7.The Contractor is obliged to achieve, in relation to the mass of collected municipal waste under this Agreement, the level of recovery, preparation for reprocessing and recycling as defined in applicable law:
8.If, for any reasons, the installations do not guarantee the achievement of the required levels of recovery, preparation for reprocessing and recycling, the Contractor without the participation of the Contracting Authority, he shall pursue any claim directly from the operators of these installations.
9.Receipt of waste from the PSZOK will take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 - 19:30. It is possible to collect waste at other hours and on Saturday after each time arrangement with the Ordering Party.
10.The Contractor's duties will be to collect the relevant waste fraction in accordance with previous telephone arrangements confirmed at a later time by email sent by the Contracting Contractor, taking into account the extent and timing of the collection of the waste.
11.The contractor is obliged to load freight for carriage on his own
12.The contractor is obliged to receive filled containers, pallets, containers
designed to collect waste with simultaneous substitution on the same day of empty containers, pallets, labels, stretch film and containers to provide the Ordering Party with a continuous and uninterrupted opportunity to collect waste.
