The office and workshop building, which consists of two basement floors, the ground floor, an installation level and 3 upper floors, is to be partially renovated and restructured.
The house has a basement, which has a larger footprint than the upper floors. It mainly houses workshops.
The technical floor above the ground floor and the 1st floor have already been renovated. One half of the 2nd floor houses the central control center. This area is currently being renovated and refurnished. When implementing the measure, it is important to ensure that the control centre is constantly in operation.
The remaining office, workshop, lounge, sanitary and changing areas are to be renovated, restructured and partially refurnished for a contemporary working environment. In this case, the specifications of the central maintenance of the Vivantes with regard to the surface and material characteristics must be followed.
Furthermore, the building envelope, including the roof, is to be completely modernized. The windows of the control center have already been replaced. These windows serve as a guideline for the other windows during the planning and implementation of the project.
In 2022, a pollutant investigation was already carried out in some areas. This is checked and supplemented again and then becomes part of the service description. The ground floor and the outer shell still need to be tested for pollutants.
The use of public subsidies from the state, the federal government or the EU is not intended, but the requirements of the Vivantes for procurements must be taken into account.
Separate specialist planning offices are commissioned for the technical equipment HLS and ELT.
