Planning services of specialist planning Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, plant groups 1-5+8, Lph 1-9

The municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg is planning the construction of a new fire department building with parking spaces for up to eight fire engines. The investigations so far assume a gross floor area of 2,232 m² for the building, and 4,478 m² for the outdoor area. A preliminary spatial programme is available. The costs of the overall measures for KG 200-700 are estimated at approx. € 7.33 million net. The eligible costs in cost group 400 amount to € 1,071,360 net.

For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which provide the performance profile of specialist planning technical equipment,

plant group 1 wastewater, water, gas plants,

plant group 2 heat supply systems,

Plant group 3 Ventilation systems

plant group 4 high voltage systems,

Plant group 5 Telecommunications and IT systems,

Plant group 8 Building automation,

HOAI, and have implemented similar measures in the past. Work phases 1-9 are to be processed. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service descriptions.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
