No. 3.2. to the SWZ, a detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 2 to the SWZ. no. 3.1. to SWZ and Zał. No 3.2 shall not apply to the SWZ. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in the Annex. No. 3 to SWZ. The general principles of the implementation of the subject of the contract are described in point 3.3. SWZ. The regulations that the Contractor will be obliged to comply with in particular when performing the subject of the contract are described in point 3.2.SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended).
