The subject of the contract is the construction and reconstruction of the gas network in the area of Okrąg, Wioślarska, Solec, Ludna streets in the capital city of Warsaw - Stage VII.1 of the Project "Construction of a gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration", i.e.:

1) construction / reconstruction:

a) low pressure gas network (steel) with connections to the medium pressure (PE) network together with medium pressure connections

(b) low pressure installations

c) decommissioning of the existing steel gas network,

2) delivery of start-up media – if required,

3) execution of works accompanying the construction / reconstruction referred to in point 1).

For the execution of Stage VII.1, the Ordering Party made an effective notification of the construction of 16.09.2021 and obtained a decision for building permit 330/Ś/2021 of 4 November 2021.

A detailed description of the contract and the Contractor's obligations includes:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement,

2) Technical Conditions No PSGWA. ZMSM.763.065.19.G of 06.02.2019, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement,

3) Project together with the Notification of construction works not requiring a building permit of 16.09.2021. and certificate of non-objection of 15.11.2021. and the decision on building permit 330/Ś/2021 of 4 November 2021, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement, and

4) Technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works constituting Appendix No. 5.

Order completion date:

a) the deadline for technical acceptance of works is set at 8 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement

b) the deadline for final acceptance of works is set at 10 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement

Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the content of the SWZ and the announcement, including changing the dates contained therein. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(.c) of the PPL Act.
