The delivery comprises operational and maintenance services on the road network in the north area of Oslo.

Area north comprises Bjerke, Grorud, Stovner and Alna districts.

A detailed account is given in the tender documentation annex 1 ‘Description of services covered in the assignment’ of what the contract involves, the contract's geographical area and special conditions that must be taken into consideration. The following services will be included in the contract:

— Winter operations,

— Spring cleaning,

— Emptying drains,

— Asphalt repairs,

— Operational patrols,

— Mechanical cleaning,

— Operation of stops/shelters/car parks,

— Various day-work

The description includes deadlines for when each activity shall be carried out. The tenderer can, however, find methods to carry out the delivery in the most efficient way without affecting the quality requirements.

Equivalent work can be included through this contracting authority, covering areas connected to other departments and companies in Oslo municipality.
