The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the Ordering Party to its buildings and infrastructure (in accordance with its authorizations) or to infrastructure in which the Ordering Party is a party to the distribution agreement. This order does not include electricity distribution services. The quality parameters of electricity are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system.
