1. The subject of the contract is: ongoing maintenance, service, repairs and sub-vascular repairs of installations and devices of separate lighting:

1) underground passages and tunnels,

2) footbridges and pedestrian-bicycle bridges,

3) playgrounds, playgrounds and recreational squares,

in the city of Lublin.

The subject of the contract includes the operation, maintenance and repair of installations and equipment in accordance with the applicable regulations and technical standards in the field of operation of power grids and equipment, provisions on occupational health and safety and protection against shocks and introduced into use at the Ordering Party in 2018:

- "Instructions for the movement and operation of road lighting in the Municipality of Lublin",

- "Instructions for the operation and operation of lighting of tunnels, underground passages and footbridges in the Municipality of Lublin".

1) In the scope of ongoing maintenance and operation of installations and equipment, the order includes, in particular:

(a) checks on the illumination of the light points;

(b) checks and necessary adjustments to the settings and orientation of the luminaires;

(c) checks on the condition of attachment of equipment and luminaires;

d) repair or replacement of damaged elements of the installation (pole plates, fuses, circuit breakers, switchboard equipment, etc.) within a maximum period of up to 3 working days from the date of their malfunction or the date of notification;

e) replacement of burnt (damaged) light sources, ignition systems, chokes, power supplies, luminaire shades within a maximum period of up to 3 working days from the date of their malfunction or from the date of reporting the defect;

f) rearranging the clocks controlling the lighting (in accordance with the table provided to the Contractor by the Ordering Party),

(g) checks on the state of protection against electric shock;

(h) checks on the condition of pipes, connections and fittings;

(i) checks on the condition of poles, guards, switchboard closures and fuse wells;

j) performing electrical measurements of the effectiveness of protection against shocks (including measurements of ground resistance) and measurements of cable resistance once during the term of the contract within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party;

(k) efficient removal of accidents and possible hazards. Failures causing operational interruptions longer than 24 hours should be reported to the Ordering Party;

l) maintaining the devices in the proper aesthetic condition, i.e. washing and cleaning light points and checking and constantly removing illegal advertisements, announcements, stickers, wires, paintings, etc.,

m) painting all metal elements and structures (excluding aluminum structures) once during the term of the contract - within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party;

n) making (together with the representatives of the Ordering Party) technical acceptance of newly built devices, and after warranty repairs, overhauls and reconstructions;

o) reporting to the Ordering Party on an ongoing basis the need to repair or replace damaged elements of installations and devices and luminaires that are under warranty;

p) applying to the Ordering Party about the need to renovate or rebuild lighting installations and devices;

(r) disposal of faulty light sources and damaged elements of the installation;

s) keeping operational documentation containing the scope of performed activities and the results of inspections, visual inspections and inspections.

2) In the field of repairs and repairs of sub-vascular lighting devices, the order includes, in particular:

(a) replacement of damaged or worn-out light points;

(b) replacement of damaged protective guards and supporting structures;

(c) replacement of damaged, stolen or worn-out components of the installation, including wires, cables, control clocks and pole equipment;

(d) repair or replacement of cable connectors, switchboards or their enclosures;

(e) replacement or installation of guards and recessed doors for lighting connectors;

(f) repair of cable lines;

(g) repair, verticalisation or replacement of lighting poles;

h) painting of steel poles and cable connectors;

(i) painting identification numbers on poles and switchboards;

j) performing electrical measurements of the insulation status of wires and cables after each renovation.
