The subject of the contract is a group life insurance service for employees, spouses and adult children of employees of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Lublin Region

The scope of the contract concerns voluntary insurance cover covering the life of prosecutors (including retired prosecutors), employees of organizational units of the Prosecutor's Office of the Lublin Region and their spouses and adult children who declare their willingness to join the insurance and pay insurance premiums. Expected number of participants in the insurance contract: Prosecutors and Employees - 1023 and this is the number of people currently insured; Spouses/partners and adult children - 308 and this is the number of people currently insured; Retired prosecutors – 78 and this is the number of people currently insured. Expected number of participants in the insurance contract broken down into insurance variants: Insurance variant No. I - 310 persons Insurance option No. II - 1099 persons The Ordering Party does not guarantee that all insured persons will benefit from the option of joining group life insurance.
