Recommendations on the organizational structure, the management range and the personnel requirements for 13 organizational units of the Ludwigslust-Parchim district administration.

The LK LUP is faced with the challenge of securing the fulfillment of tasks with the available resources. Therefore, the organizational structure and the identification of personnel requirements of the organizational units to be examined with regard to the provision of the products and services as well as recommendations for this are the subject of the investigation. The results should be available by September 2021 at the latest and will be taken into account in the 2022 position planning.

The aim is to consider the business areas of the district as a whole and to create a sustainable structure for the entire administration.
