The Hagen business enterprise (WBH) is realizing the construction of a new company building at its location. The building is erected as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with a suspended concrete facade on well foundations. The ground floor of the new building houses a truck vehicle hall and a small workshop area. The 1st floor serves as a warehouse, but is being prepared by the expansion stand in such a way that, if required, a complete interior installation will enable office use. The 2nd and 3rd floors offer office workplaces with corresponding ancillary rooms for around 66 employees. In the attic, there is a conference room with a foyer next to the board area. A roof terrace is assigned to the foyer for meeting breaks. Access to the upper floors is realized via two stairwells with an assigned lift. A platform lift is installed in its own shaft for transporting loads to the 1st floor.

The subject of the tendered construction work is metal construction work as well as the work on the installation of aluminium doors and windows as well as work on the installation of the sun protection.
