Description:
RWT-2020/18: design and implementation of energy renovation works for the public service housing company "La Sambrienne" with a view to socio-professional integration, support for SMEs and promotion of EFC

As part of the contract, the candidate undertakes to:

a) design and carry out Energy Performance Improvement Actions (AAPE), in accordance with the rules of the art and in the prescriptions and standards set by the special specifications, if necessary modified following negotiations after the filing of initial offers;

b) maximize, through the design and implementation of AAPE, energy savings and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions;

c) design and carry out the AAPE as quickly as possible so that the Sambrienne can benefit as quickly as possible from the energy savings on the buildings targeted by the works;

d) train the technical staff of the PAB in the proper management of the installations set up by the candidate.

In addition, specific work, not related to energy, will be requested (again, non-exhaustive list):

- roof stability;

- PMR access;

- electrical compliance;

- renovation of the surroundings of certain buildings.

The exhaustive list of these works will be provided in the special specifications.

The market has the additional objective of improving the exterior appearance of the building, the safety for its occupants, as well as the comfort of the apartments, by repairing the kitchens and bathrooms, changing the floor coverings and choice of a new heating system.

The objective is to reconcile energy performance with user comfort, in strict compliance with La Sambrienne's commitments to the Walloon Region under the subsidy mechanisms.
