IADT intends to enter into a single party framework agreement for the procurement of design and print services for publications. This agreement will commence in May 2012 and will expire in April 2015.

The scope of the tender is:

Design, layout and artwork for Institute publications, including, but not limited to: prospectus, summary prospectus, postgraduate prospectus, student handbook, learner charter, graduation booklets and invitations, open days posters, adult education brochures, showcase catalogue and invitations, graduate exhibition catalogue and invitations, and other publications that may arise from time to time such as reports, institute policies, etc.

Print management of all the above publications listed on behalf of IADT, using agreed procurement policies.

Distribution by mail shot of above publications as required to notified addressees.

Storage as required of publications pending distribution.
