The work concerns the development of approximately 7 400 m 2 of public spaces including the creation of a paved forecourt (approximately 2000 m 2 ), of roads (about 175 ml), the requalification of existing roads (about 200 ml) including earthworks, sanitation, street furniture and security, various networks and green spaces including the planting of trees (approximately 40 units) and shrubbery and ground cover (about 220 m 2 ). Order of magnitude around 2,000,000 EUR Ht of work

Realization of earthworks (inert and non inert excavations and embankments):

- sanitation and connections,

- storage basins with regulation,

- pavements up to the wearing course, including bordering,

- ducts crossing the roadway (water, gas, electricity, Orange and Cable Network, lighting),

- construction of a forecourt and paved sidewalks, access and pedestrians including bordering,

- parking including bordering,

- the wearing course on roadways and parking lots,

- permanent upgrading of ancillary structures (sanitation and key vents),

- Signage and installation of safe furniture etc.

Realization of the common trench of various networks - drinking water network - telephone and cable ducts - lighting ducts - realization of the low voltage service - lighting furniture etc

Supply and installation of furniture - construction of plant pits - supply and installation of land of different types - supply and installation of fine sandy soil in finish, on the mixture of earth and stone - soil amendment - supply and planting of covers -soils, shrubs and trees, on open land or mineral surfaces - maintenance of plantations over two years - exercise of guarantees of recovery over 2 years (covers soils, trees and shrubs) etc.
