The subject of the contract includes: round-the-clock provision of medical services in relation to detainees brought by officers, with the proviso that they will be performed 7 days a week – 24 hours a day. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following medical services to detainees brought by the Contracting Authority's officers: performing a medical examination of a detained person who meets the conditions set out in § 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 13 September 2012 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1102) and intended to be placed in a room for detainees, issuance of a medical certificate confirming the absence or existence of medical contraindications to the detainee's stay in the detainee room with justification, as well as dressing wounds and issuing a prescription for necessary medicines. The subject of the contract is divided into 10 parts.
