The assignment concerns the realization of KC Mokum with a total surface of approximately 4 087 m2 / gfa, consisting of:

- teaching rooms (21 group rooms),

- out-of-school care (a group room),

- childcare (four group rooms),

- preschool and early childhood education (two group rooms),

- sports box.

The assignment is based on a traditional contract form (based on specifications and the UAV 2012). Tendering takes place in one lot, the contractor is the main contractor and the contract is therefore also awarded to one contractor (whether or not consisting of a combination of parties).
