1. Description of the subject of the contract: granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,550,000.00.
2. Loan period: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2030.
3. The loan will be released in tranches to the basic account of the Warta Commune:
2 tranches of PLN 1,000,000.00 each
1st tranche in the amount of PLN 550,000.00,

2. Loan period: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2030.
3. The loan will be released in tranches to the basic account of the Warta Commune:
2 tranches of PLN 1,000,000.00 each
1st tranche in the amount of PLN 550,000.00,
4. The tranches will be transferred on the basis of the demand submitted by the Borrower 3 business days before the release of the tranche. The final date of payment of the loan is 22.12.2023.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from using part of the loan at no additional cost.
6. Repayment of principal and interest on a monthly basis Grace period for repayment of principal until 31.12.2026. We do not provide a grace period for repayment of interest installments.
7. A detailed loan repayment schedule has been included in the loan payment schedule (Annex 9 to the SWZ). If the repayment date of the principal and interest falls on a public holiday, the contracting authority shall pay the required instalment on the first business day following the set repayment date.
8.Interest rate on credit: variable, calculated for each monthly interest period
and grace period based on the rate - WIBOR 1 M for one-month deposits calculated as the arithmetic mean of all quotations of the previous month, for which interest is charged increased or reduced by the bank's margin, fixed during the loan period (contract validity). The billing period is one month.
9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the principal before the end of the loan period as well as the right to repay the capital in installments and dates other than those specified in Annex 9 to the SWZ, subject to the credit period at no additional cost.
10. Collateral for the loan: blank promissory note.
11. The Contractor shall bear all costs related to participation in the proceedings.
