The major food procurement, main wholesaler.
Extent
The procurement relates to food for approximately 70 ordering units within Kristinehamn municipality, such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, etc., see appendix 7 delivery address and delivery frequency. Ordering units may be added or subtracted during the contract period.
Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the product areas A & B as described below, which means that agreements can be signed with one or more suppliers.
The municipality intends to adopt a full-range wholesaler as the main supplier for product area A in combination with sub-suppliers in product area B. If a tenderer who intends to become the main supplier also submits a tender for product area B, the tenderer is not bound by the tender if the tenderer is not accepted as the main supplier.
The questionnaire consists of the following product areas:
A. Main delivery including Fruit & Vegetables
B. Mejeri
