Operation, Development, Management and Maintenance Job Rating System HR21

HR21 is available as a job valuation system for all organizations that follow the Cao Municipalities.

Nearly 275 organizations (including municipalities, municipal partnerships, SW companies, environmental services and security regions) are now using HR21. The total scope of the users/target group is currently 350 municipalities and ca. 190 (other) municipal partnerships (WSGO members)

In view of the expiry of the current operating right on 1 April 2022, the contract will be re-tendered.
