Set up is the continuous list of Pipelines for which contractors can register for drinking water pipeline work and / or for waste water pipe work. Within both groslijst (specialisms) subgros lists (subspecialties) are still possible. For a detailed explanation of how to register for and admit to (sub)groslijst(s), you can consult the documents published in Mercell.

For each further quotation request, a contractor selection will take place via Qfact (formerly EMVI performance measurement). A further quotation request is actually organized and executed via Mercell.
