Broxbourne Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies interested in tendering for the provision of estate management services. The service is currently managed in-house with a portfolio of over 300 properties not just in Broxbourne but also elsewhere in the UK. The estate includes commercial retail, industrial and business parks, offices, open spaces, leisure and food and beverage outlets amongst others. The service also includes Badger BC Investments Ltd, owned by the Council, which includes mainly residential properties for the private rental market. Interested companies should complete the information required and submit through the Supply Herts portal by noon on Friday 5th February 2021. Any queries should also be submitted electronically, via the portal, by Friday 22nd January 2021.
