The subject of the contract is the service of winter maintenance of road lanes of county roads in the Zgierz poviat, consisting in snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness from the roadway and sidewalks. The subject of the contract also includes cleaning of county roads made of sand after the winter period.
The service of cleaning county roads from sand after the winter period includes the performance of works related to the one-time post-winter cleaning of driving lanes limited by curbs and pavement strings in individual cities and municipalities. The implementation of the order consists in: cleaning all road surfaces limited by curbs, bay surfaces, parking lots, cleaning all surfaces of pavement lines, collecting sand from sewage troughs and other drainage devices, collecting pollution from road lanes, transporting impurities to a landfill.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 tasks.
Task 1: Winter maintenance of road lanes of county roads in the city and municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki and the municipality of Parzęczew.Zgierski County in the city and municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki and the municipality of Parzęczew. Contractors who are not subject to the exclusion of Articles 108 - 109 paragraph 4 of the PPL Act and the sanction counteracting the support of the aggression of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, will demonstrate equipment for the task: ploughing machine or solarka with a plow 4 pcs, backhoe dozer 2 pcs, grader 1 pc, loader or backhoe loader for loading sand or salt-sand mixture 1 pc., a manually controlled mechanical snow blower, or a microtractor with a snow plow and a sprinkler with a permissible total weight of up to 3 tons 2 pcs.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act, up to the equivalent of 50% of the basic contract, i.e.: PLN 261,843.39 net / EUR 58,793.65
Scope of envisaged supplementary orders: continuation of the basic contract in the scope of services provided in the Zgierz Poviat identical to the subject of the contract. Conditions under which the contract will be awarded: in the event of persistent adverse winter conditions, the Contracting Authority shall decide to continue the contract, secure financial resources in the current financial year or, in the case of using funds from the basic contract and receiving funds in order to maintain the continuity of the contract.
