The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Delivery and installation of signage of the navigable route in the capital city of Warsaw".

The scope of the order includes the delivery of red and green buoys, shore signs and the installation of shore signs.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to THE SWZ "DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT". Illustrative drawings of buoys and shipping signs can be found in Appendix No. 8 to SWZ "Drawings".

Buoys and shore signs must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 28 April 2003 on navigation regulations on inland waterways (Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 212, item 2072) and must be made in accordance with the requirements given in the "Description of the subject of the contract" (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), with drawings (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and a model contract (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ).
