The projected contract is based on the need to cover the risks that may occur in the development of the corporate purpose of EPREMASA (waste collection and treatment, as well as activities aimed at the improvement and conservation of the environment); The aim is to cover the need for insurance, regarding property damage, environmental damage (Law 26/2007, of October 23, on Environmental Responsibility), civil liabilities, liability arising from the actions of administrators, managers and senior officials , circulation of vehicles and machinery, collective life insurance and civil liability to cover damages to third parties arising from the activity of the company itself, whose adjudication is necessary due to the loss of validity of current insurance policies.
