The object of the contract is the realization, for the SILC 2023 survey, of face-to-face interviews (CAPI - Computer Assisted Personal Interview mode) in the homes of households using field interviewers and telephone interviews (CATI - Computer Assisted Telephone Interview mode). All responses must be entered into the SILC electronic questionnaire of the MyGuichet platform. The main objectives to be achieved in this context are: (1) To prepare all the elements for the proper conduct of the investigation and, in particular, to train the investigators. (2) Carry out via interviewers the collection of data from households and individuals who are members of SILC 2023 households in a mixed CAPI/CATI mode through the MyGuichet platform. It should be noted that in parallel with the CAPI/CATI collection, STATEC collects responses in CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) mode; respondents answering the SILC questionnaire themselves via MyGuichet.
