In accordance with Article 2.82 of the 2012 Public Procurement Act, this contract is reserved for social work companies and entrepreneurs whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people, or their implementation within the framework of protected work programs.

The contract concerns green maintenance in the municipality of Wormerland and the municipality of Oostzaan.

The work mainly consists of:

1) litter control;

2) control sheet and natural waste;

3) removal of stem and root deposit;

4) maintaining plants;

5) maintaining lawns and roadside.

The specifications of the work are described in detail in the specifications. The specifications will be drawn up on the basis of the RAW system (RAW 2015).

The assignment will be carried out with the deployment of an appropriate number of SW employees and that the contractor will cooperate in this.
